- Rie Hasegawa* (J엝b)is SMAP Bistro's only customer in this episode.
- That "Smart Boys" skit (guys, girls, a big pink table, and a silly word game of some sort)
- "Naotaro Moriyama" (Kunasagi) performs his hit "Sakura"
- "The Katrix Reloaded Ride" -- apparently every pale foreigner in Japan was cast as an agent.
- An odd sitcom skit that involves the guys changing into power ranger style suits... (I will not stare at it's name long enough to translate it, sorry)
- "D. Beckyam" talks about his transfer from Manchester United to Real Madrid C.F. and his new haircut.
- At the end of the show, the boys perform their song "Summer Gate".
Summary of the news is that when Kimura reached Shanghai yesterday, he was seen with an bandaged left finger as well as his right arm which is covered by a jacket as he didn't want it to be seen by others. It said that he injured his hand while he was recording a show in japan(SXS?). He also has a little fever and was instructed to take his medicine and rest in the hotel for the night. His postive attitude towards work was given 100%.
It also mentioned that his schedule was very tight. Everyone had to race against time; tryout of clothes, taking camera shots and so on. Kimura has also grasped a hold of speaking English as well so he has no problems communicating with the crew. As the movie "2046" stresses a lot on international mixing, Kimura will be speaking in japanese for the recording at the same time. He has also given the movie 2 weeks for filming and in between that, he may have to go back to Japan for a few days.
The movie is predicted to finish filming by end of November.

From Japanese papers this morning:
Takuya's comment as released through his office and appeared in the papers:
"Although the director, crew and I hadn't seen one another for a long time, no one made me feel there had been this three years' gap. I realised anew that 2046 had been living inside me all this time. Having felt directly the atmosphere on the set and the director's enthusiasm, I'm really looking forward to it as a member of the cast, and also simply as one participant. I want to enjoy to the full the joint effort of creating something right up to the day it is actually shown on the big screen."
The director was quoted as saying: "I'm very happy to be able to work with Taku again. He was at his best, as he always is. I am really glad that he is joining the reunited 2046 family, and that we can make a film together."
The production side spokesperson was quoted as saying: "The film is about 80% finished. Mr Wong says that the film without Kimura is unthinkable. There will be no drastic reduction in the number of scenes with Kimura in it."
yatta yatta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i like this sort of news!

Well, it's about time!
I'm was actually pissed when the movie-making went on hiatus and left Takuya puzzled. I mean, Kimura-kun is a professional actor and he certainly don't deserve to be treated like that.
But being humble as he is always, he still honour his word.
