For Matsu, her father is someone she respect. She lowers her head before him, and he interferes her love matters as well. This had been a trouble for her.
Let's review her repetitive failed relationships up to now. In 20 years of age, it was her relationship with a stylist, Noguchi Tsuyoshi. In 23 years of age, it was Yamamoto Koji. Three years ago, it was the guitarist who's 16 years older than her, it also failed.

Last year, Matsu who started dating her co-star, Ooizumi Yo, introduced him to her parents.

Hence, Matsu doesn't seem to be interested or close with any man right now. During New Year, she was in her parents' house, stick to them. And when she has free time, she'll play around with her nephew and niece. Everyday, as her work ends, she'll straightly goes back to her room, and plays some TV games.
Although Matsumoto Koshiro said enthusiastically, "I'll find Takako a groom," ... but inside his heart, he might be just not ready to give away her daughter yet.

Yah... to think that Koshiro-san said, "I will find Takako a groom!". Then 1-2 months later, he invited Kimura to a dinner together with him and Matsu just the three of them
Actually I love Yamamoto Koji. He's a good actor and a good singer. I love his performance in the Japanese musical adaptation of Les Miserables as Marius! I hope she gets back with him, if she can't be together with Kimura xD
Oh, but Koji is rumoured that he's dating Sato Eriko now... _________________

One of Matsu Takako's famous stageplay is RONINGAI in 2004. Roningai is a stageplay set in the Edo period, starring Karasawa Toshiaki, Matsu Takako, Nakamura Shido(Matsu's cousin), Tanaka Misako, also Narimiya Hiroki.
Roningai tells about a wandering useless -good for nothing- samurai, Aramaki Gennai (Karasawa) who meet a pickpocket, Oshin (Matsu), one day. They become friends, and Aramaki come to live, depending on the pickpocket money income from Oshin. Other than Oshin, Aramaki also meets other people in his journey, like Gonbee (Ihara Tsuyoshi) who falls in love with Oshin. And his real bestfriend, Akaushi (Nakamura Shido). All four become good friends, and hangs out with each other alot.
One time, there's a continuous nights of murder, in the neighbourhood of foodshop where Oshin works. This murder, will have big effects to the 4 people.

For theater director Ninagawa Yukio (70), the role of Joan of Arc was made just for Matsu Takako (29), an actress he has wanted to work with again for many years. He has cast Matsu as the star of his latest production, "Hibari" (The Lark), in which she will play the 15th century heroine. The play was written by French playwright Jean Anouilh in 1953. Ninagawa and Matsu first worked together in 1995, when he cast the high school girl as Ophelia in his version of "Hamlet". Three years later, with Sanada Hiroyuki playing the Danish prince, they took the production to London. It helped cement Ninogawa's reputation as one of the world's leading Shakespeare interpreters. Over the last nine years, he has tried several times to come up with a suitable project for his favorite actress, but she has been constantly busy, including several theater runs alongside her father, Matsumoto Koshiro in "The Man From La Mancha", and a wide range of TV dramas. "Matsu-san is one of the very few Japanese actresses who can perform at the top level of international theater," he said. "This play and the role of Joan of Arc could have been written just for her." "Matsu no Hitorigoto" book is released on 13 November 2003. Among pictures taken by Matsu, which are 99% shots of animals and the nature views, human photos are her father, her brother, and... Kimura Takuya.

Actually, Kimura also released a book, KAI-HO-KU on 24 April 2003. Inside there are alot of pictures taken by himself, 99% are also animals and the nature views. The only human photo, he shot and featured here is a shot of Matsu Takako during HERO's last episode filming:

Popular actress Matsu Takako (30) is engaged to marry guitarist and producer Sahashi Yoshiyuki (46), the Sports Houchi newspaper revealed today. The couple first met in 2001, had an on-and-off relationship from 2004, and started dating seriously again last year. They are reportedly planning to tie the knot next spring.

TOKYO -- Takeshi Kaneshiro and Takako Matsu will star in "K-20: Kaijin niju menso den" (The Fiend With Twenty Faces), a mystery inspired by the work of Japanese scribe Edogawa Rampo.
Based on a novel by So Kitamura that uses Rampo's most famous characters, pic is set in a fictional Japanese city in 1949. Kaneshiro plays the titular master criminal and Matsu his victim. Toro Nakamura co-stars as a detective.
Shimako Sato will helm the film, while Robot Communication will handle production chores, with shooting skedded to start in January and wrap in April. Among members of the production consortium are the NTV network and Toho, which is planning to release the pic in December 2008.
The budget has not yet been announced.

Actress Takako Matsu is now officially married to musician Yoshiyuki Sahashi. The couple registered their marriage on Friday, and Matsu announced the news on her website the same day.
Sports Hochi reported their engagement in late November, though Matsu's agency denied it at the time. It was previously speculated that they were planning to get married in the spring.
