I recommend it. It can be a bit cheesy in parts, but overall it's enjoyable.
But if you're looking for a drama with female leads, I liked Itsuka Hi no Ataru Basho de better.

They went thru a phase of those 'Will I/won't I get married' dramas, this one's in the same vein. Like WhiteHawk said Itsuka Hi no Ataru Basho de is better and not anything like those type of dramas.
Thanks, you two. I'll check out Itsuka Hi no Ataru Basho sometime later, but for now I'm in the mood for something lighthearted, so I just finished episode 4 of Kekkon Shinai. The leads are quite winning and it's been a long time since I've liked watching Amami Yuki in anything. Kanno Miho has a sweet, girlish charm here (doesn't look 35 for sure!) and Tamaki Hiroshi is just yums. _________________

Naguru Onna
Almost finished this in 2 days. I was already up to episode 8 when I realized I am missing the last episode.
I enjoyed this very much. Even though there was no really dramatic development, I really like watching the two leads living and training and facing their various challenges together. Wakui Emi was very cute without overacting, and all the characters were all likeable. Amami Yuki was really good too even though her supporting role was rather minor. The boxing scenes look authentic and the boxer (the male lead) was great for his role. Wakui Emi and he (forgot his name) had a great rapport and understanding together, their scenes look so natural and fun to watch. 8/10
Didn't finish Shokatsu and Brand after watching about half of both.
Shokatsu, probably lacking a bit in character development
Brand, became a standard romance, was expecting much more after the first episode. Not much about work or even why the drama is named Brand.

"I'll take Dramas that start with a "D" for $200, Alex."
First, 'Dokushin Kizoku' which is fluff, but enjoyable. Good cast, as others have mentioned it's basically a remake of the Billy Wilder movie 'Sabrina'.
Then there's 'Danda Rin', or Yuko Takeuchi acts like a robot. At first she was so over the top I thought it must be a comedy, but it isn't. Also, it's written by the same person that wrote 'Joshi Deka', a really awful drama and 'Hero' one of my least favorite Kimtaku dramas. Dunno if I'll be able to finish this one or not.

It's been a LONG time, and I have nothing post-2009 in my collection...
I've recently started watching JDramas again, so I dragged out a few favorites - an episode of Kuitan, a few episodes of Galileo, and i'm currently re-watching Tokyo Friends.

Saikou no Rikon Ep.1:
Maki Yoko is as gorgeous as ever, short hair notwithstanding, and can act the pants off most J-actresses. Eita looks really dorky, especially after watching him as the cool guitarist in Tokyo Friends. You wouldn't know it was the same guy, except for those ears Both are very good in this.
I should also say: I downloaded a small file version of this, not expecting the quality to be great - 150mb MKV file for a 1 hour show. But even on my 46" LCD it looked great!

For some reason in this and also in 'Osozaki no Himawari' they try to make her look plain and kind of frumpy. Which to me is like leaving a Ferrari in primer.
And watch for Machiko Ono as Eita's wife. I thought she was great in this.
OT: Up thru episode 3 of 'Danda Rin'. No improvement.

Luckily, it's still a Ferrari

I don't recall seeing her in anything else, but she's a loony in this

Have I missed anything worthwhile?
2009 - i didn't see Shokojo Seira on your list so...
2010 - Mother
2011 - Namae o Nakushita Megami (you'll get to see Machiko Ono again)
2012 - nothing
2013 - Hanzawa Naoki
Kumo no Kaidan was alright.

Episode 7 of 'Dokushin Kizoku'. It's still fluff, although there was a nice sweet scene between Kusanagi and Kami Hiraiwa near the end of the episode. If you're dead set on watching something with someone from SMAP in it though, watch this instead of 'Ando Lloyd'.
Oh, and Yamashita Tomohisa is in this episode playing himself. There is no difference from when he plays a fictional character.
Just finished Kekkon Shinai, quite a nice drama overall. Ending could have been better, methinks. Acting was all right and I could relate to both Chiharu and Haruko. Their friendship is really lovely, and they have such heartwarming relationships with their mothers.
The theme song is really nice too! _________________
