Sorry, everyone for the long post.
Melting Snow:
Well, it looks like I may be missing some bits and bobs on the VCD version, but below is what I could get from my disks. And, because I'm translating from Chinese, which had been translated from the Japanese, there may be bits that have been lost in translation, as well as bits added. There are also some phrases that just don't translate well into English, so may seem a bit odd. I also have problems differentiating foreign sounds, so I couldn't transliterate some of the musicians names.

Koichi: The start of a new year and we're able to spend it with all of you, every year we are able to host a concert in (place name), it's because of you that we're able to accomplish it. Although these words have been said several times since we started, but everybody watching, singing and dancing together, every one of these incidents - including Tsuyoshi-kun's autographed boards - every one of these incidents to me, on an emotional level, is like the ever increasing things that need to be cherished. As Tsuyoshi-kun said before, in 2005 we will go forward at full speed, I hope that one day we will be able to once again spend some time together. Thank you, everyone.
After 'Kinki Kids Forever'

Koichi: Everyone wants a high five, everyone, everyone. Aren't you the most tired now? Stairs as well! Really tired now, I understand. Going to every nook and cranny, so considerate, so considerate. That's right, that's right. There are also the violins and cellos, they look expensive, be careful not to damage them. This way it's like everyone has become one.
Tsuyoshi: There really are a lot of people.
Koichi: Everyone, would you mind coming up front?
Tsuyoshi & Koichi: Musicians, would that be a problem?
Koichi: The cellists have been working hard. That's really big, are you okay?
Tsuyoshi: That looks expensive, please be careful.
Koichi: Everyone, please hold hands and form a line.
All: Thank you.
Koichi: Thank you.
Tsuyoshi: Thank you.
As the credits roll
Koichi: Again I want to thank everyone, thank you very much.

Tsuyoshi: Thank you for the hard work, there goes the musicians. In front of the audience, for all of the arena staff who participated in the concert, let's give them a round of applause. We are very grateful to you guys, from the very beginning you've handled all sorts of things for us, protecting us, there's a lot of things that we would like to thank you guys for. Really, even though we say it like that, really.
Koichi: If you guys were not here to help us, then this concert wouldn't have been produced.
Tsuyoshi: Following on, let's give a round of applause to the audience.
Koichi: We would like to represent all of the staff and everyone that participated in the concert, from the bottom of our hearts we would like to give our most heartfelt gratitude to you all.
