Hm I saw the first ep last night.. It's quite different from the manga.. unfortunately to the worse.. Firstly, she's not in school, she's working.. secondly she didn't seem to know Soushi so much.. It seems they are working together.. but.. I don't think they are childhood friends. Or maybe I misunderstood becaues I didn't understand everything since it's raw Soushi isn't like the Soushi in the manga either, in the manga he's very mature and serious. But in the dorama he's immature and laid-back and a bit of a slacker.. Anyway, I can't say I'm too pleased with the Riiko .. She's very annoying and I don't feel any sympathy for her. Sure, she could be a bit annoying in the manga too, but not like this, at least you could understand her and her feelings.. And Night isn't like the manga either. In the dorama, he's serious and robot-looking.. In the manga he's happier, and jumps up and down and all of a sudden gets naked and he's just.. more entertaining 
So I'd have to say.. the first ep is ok.. But I sure hope she second one will get better! |

Yea I think it happens a lot.. I guess it's better if you didn't read the manga in many cases then..
