Episodes 1-6 are like VCR rips so they're only average... Maybe a little better than that.

Episodes 7-48 are very good, near-DVD quality.

Episode 49 (two parts) is like a VCR rip again... Dunno why.

I was wondering if anyone from the USA sent dramas to the UK before. Just curious because I wanted to know if it was wiser to ship 45 DVDs in one package or split them up. Since I'm doing a first-time trade with someone, I wanted to break it up into 2 shipments, but I'm thinking it'll be cheaper to send it in one package rather than splitting it up. Does anyone have any opinions/advice?

I always ship flat rate Global Priority mail to the UK and have never had a problem. Cost about $13. So you can fit 60+ discs in the package.
The package takes about a week, no more to get there from here.
