I love Progresso's New England.
Me too! They sell it at Costco...but I'm trying to stay away from it at the moment because of course it has flour as a white chowder and it has a sh8tload of sodium in it. Trying to stay away from starchy carbs except on rare occasions.

You forgot mercury.
Hehe.
True...but selenium chelates heavy metals such as mercury so it affords one protection against mercury's ill effects. Obviously, you wouldn't want overdo the shellfish thing though as with any other fish because of the whole heavy metal thing.
The Heart Attack Grill in downtown Las Vegas lived up to its name Saturday night, when a customer dining on a "triple bypass burger" suffered an apparent heart attack.
"He was having the sweats and shaking," said eNurse' Bridgett, who was working at the restaurant when the man in his 40s began experiencing chest pains.
"Doctor" Jon Basso, who opened the restaurant in October, told FOX5 at first he thought it was a joke.
"One of the nurses came back to me and said, eDr. Jon, we've got a patient who's in trouble.'"
The restaurant is known for not holding back on the food it serves. Signs around the business glorify bad eating habits and the menu includes items like Flatliner Fries, and Butterfat Milkshakes.
One meal, the "quadruple bypass burger" can easily exceed 8,000 calories.
The gentleman who suffered the heart attack was in the middle of eating a Triple Bypass burger when he began experiencing the symptoms.
Despite the clinical atmosphere, Basso is not actually a medical doctor, so he called 911. Paramedics and EMTs arrived in moments.
"The gentleman could barely talk," said Basso. "He was sweating, suffering. Anyone with an ounce of compassion would've felt for him."

Eating Curry Could Prevent Heart Disease, Study Finds
People who love a spicy curry could be eating their way to a healthy heart, researchers have discovered.
Scientists from the Chinese University of Hong Kong found that the compounds that give cayennes, jalapenos, habaneros and other chilli peppers their fiery heat help lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
The study also discovered that the piquant family of spices, called capsaicinoids, also lowers the risk of blood clots.
Researchers investigated the role of spices and the reduced risk of heart disease on laboratory hamsters, who were fed high-cholesterol diets before being split into two groups.
Only one group were given foods supplemented with capsaicinoids and scientists analysed the effects they had on the hamsters' heart health.
They discovered that the spicy compounds lowered the levels of cholesterol in hamsters by decreasing the accumulation of cholesterol by increasing the breakdown of the ebad fatsf.
The capsaicinoids blocked the cyclooxygenase-2 gene that makes arteries contract (which restricts the blood flow through the heart).
Researchers also noted that capsaicinoids may also reduce the size of fatty deposits already in the blood vessels, which narrow arteries in a way that could lead to heart attacks or strokes.
gWe concluded that capsaicinoids were beneficial in improving a range of factors related to heart and blood vessel health,h explains lead author, professor Zhen-Yu Chen, reports Science Daily.
