I too had problems watching this at first. It took me a while to get used to Ayase Haruka in this nerdy role. About halfway thru I began to enjoy it and by the time I finished I liked it so much I watched it again from the beginning. She is just such an amazing talent and of course my idol Kuninaka Ryoko looked incredibly gorgeous.
It's obvious that Ryoko chan is becoming a super talent once you let yourself recognize how easily she becomes perfect in any role she gets.... from comedienne in Otoko dekinai, to the most charming youngster in Churasan to the serious face in Brother Beat.

Yeah I watch the whole thing I love the relationship between Ayase and the boss. At home they act like children, but at work they act like professional serious people.

talking about this drama, i want to say some shows are really good in helping you to pick up one or two japanese terms and vocabs...

from this show, i picked up 2 terms "himono onna" and "buchou"

i loved all those scenes at home, where himono onna started doing stupid things and buchou started giving stupid comments...haha... so adorable!

Hotaru No Hikari (Glow of the Fireflies) is one of my all time favorite JDorama. I hope Haruka Ayase does another drama soon! Also hope that they continue this story with a special etc.
