Hey kyon-kyon chan, I can't find The Legend Of The Glass Fleet on YouTube, and it's not mentioned on the Studio Gonzo Wikipedia page. Can you tell me when it's from?
You can watch it on veoh but it's only for ep1-4..it's very hard to find this
anime online. lucky me i can watch it on animax..
and it's a co-produced project by Studio Gonzo and Satelight.
Thanks for the info.
I tried watching the video, but it kept stopping (I think that might be to do with my laptop, though). I'm going to try again tomorrow.
I'd never heard of Veoh, and it looks like a useful site *goes off to bookmark it*
A friend sent a disc with a bunch of samples on it. I'm a complete noob to anime as well. But a couple of these looked pretty OK. Have you guys seen UFO UltraMaiden Valkyrie or Maburaho? Any good?

Both are standard pervert harem anime. If you haven't seen all the harem crap (which is seems you haven't) then it's okay. Otherwise it's pretty much like all the other "wimpy undecisive schoolboy/coworker/brother/cousin get breasts rubbed on by every intersting female classmate. Nosebleeds ensue.

anyone seen Ergo Proxy?
Like AD, I've seen the first episode. (I got it on a free disc with a magazine I read). At first, it seemed thrilling, but then I realized I had no idea what was happening, and I didn't like all the dark scenes.

Nice to know I'm not alone in being a total anime know-nothing.
