This is certainly an amusing topic. I would guess that the majority of posters (including myself) are male--I could be wrong!? Either way, it seems that we are the ones whose mother's loved them.
Anyway, the only JDrama I have seen in its entirety is Great Teacher Onizuka. Now, I am a firm believer in anime that makes you emotional and, as this was my first JDrama, I was impressed to see that within the first episode, I was feeling emotion towards the characters.
Of course, some eight-to-ten episodes later I started to feel the tears welling up. I didn't cry, mind you, but that was the closest I've been in a while.

1. Sleeping Forest
2. Summer Snow
3. Beautiful Life
4. Aishiteiru to itte kure
5. Tokyo Love Story
not in order... there are others as well but usu a small part of the show made me cry cos' i'm very touched... so not gonna plce them here... or the list well be too long....

Quite some actually...
GTO
Bus stop
Mukodono
summer snow - the ending part
taiyou wa shizumenai
Yamato Nadeshiko
tengoku ni ichiban chikai otoko - the ending part
those are the ones i can remember... watching wakaba no koro now and it seems to be a sad one too...
Jdramas are the only dramas that make me cry. HK and Taiwan shows...
The first few eps of qiu tian de tong hua were pretty touching too... but it got boring reall quick after that
I'm a guy, but hey, i'm a human
