One of the main selling points of this movie was her exposed assets. While they are may not be real headlights, they certainly are genuine (body) parts.

My download finished the other day. I haven't seen the whole movie, but a quick scan has revealed that they do appear to be her, er, real "assets"
Impressive, too, I must say
