GTO [麻辣教師] 10/10 My first foray into JDorama was the best - GTO baby!!!! The cast is awesome, acting is natural and Sorimachi is just damn funny. Watch this!!!
Summer snow Damn wicked!!! This drama almost made me cry, so you know it's gotta be good. Great performances by all the characters. The acting was natural, especially for Ikewaki Chizuru who played Chika. Dohmoto Tsuyoshi was great and what more can I say about Ryoko Hirosue? Great twist at the end too. Go watch it!

Fujisawa Ema [藤澤恵麻] Just watched Lovely Complex. I've never seen Ema Fujisawa before, and although this movie was 3 years ago, she looked super young for her age, even for Asian standards. I really thought she was much younger. I love the way she acted though. Her facial expressions are HILARIOUS. I would have loved however that she acted a bit more smug at times just like in the anime. But overall, she and Teppei did well. That role in Lovely Complex is difficult to pull off and she did an admirable job!
Hirosue Ryoko [広末涼子] Damn I love her!!!! Those big eyes are so adorable. Anyways, when it comes to acting she's pretty good. She can play a bitchy girl role like in Long Vacation, normal teen role like in Beach Boys and oh so sweet roles like in Summer Snow. Her beauty is certainly unique, and she seems to get prettier as she grows older.
Horikita Maki [堀北真希] Horikita is doing pretty well. I think she's progressing nicely but I feel that her acting isn't there yet and she's got room for improvement. Her cuteness is still overshadowing here acting to a certain degree. Once that reverses, then she'll be a great actress.
Ikewaki Chizuru [池脇千鶴] Wonderful wonderful actress. Her acting is so natural, so well done. Very talented indeed, especially in Summer Snow. I hope to see more JDoramas with her on them.
Natsukawa Yui [夏川結衣] Loved her performance in Kekkon Dekinai Otoko! She's cute too!
Sorimachi Takashi [反町隆史] One word, 3 letters - GTO!!!! He was perfect for the role. Can't wait to see other Sorimachi doramas.
Tsutsumi Shinichi [堤真一] Tsutsumi's role as Captain Koda in Good Luck! was awesome. He nailed that role. Very well acted.
Yada Akiko [矢田亜希子] I just love Yada Akiko! She did a great job in Last Christmas, Yamato Nadeshiko, and My Little Chef. Hopefully, she gets more lead roles.
Yamaguchi Tomoko [山口智子] This girl is good, such a natural in acting. Her versatility really show, especially in Long Vacation. Can be funny then suddenly dramatic and serious. When it comes to acting talnt, she definitely has it.

Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Not bad [Rating: 7/10] I personally think this drama is overrated. The plot isn't the greatest and the execution is just okay.
Virgin Road [バージンロード] Whew! [Rating: 8/10] Oh my gosh! This drama just keeps getting better and better. There are just so many surprises that it's t's killing me!!!!!
