Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ] "Ikemen Paradise"? Who doesn't want that? With a balance of cool, dashing men and average-looking guys, this drama does not only tackle about having guys all over the place---it's about friendship and reaching your goal no matter what. Pretty boy Ashiya Mizuki, played by Horikita Maki, is definitely a fresh character. The dog, Yuujiro, deserve a bone too!
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Even though Horikita Maki was a newcomer, she certainly gave justice to the title-character, "Nobuta". With Kamenashi Kazuya as lead actor and Yamashita Tomohisa as his wacky sidekick, the drama boasts a beautifully made cast which fit right in to the characters of the drama's wonderful plot.
With "Seishun Amigo"'s success, noone can stop "Nobuta wo Produce" from being praised.

Aragaki Yui [新垣結衣] Cute, sassy and bubbly---everybody's dream sister/girlfriend/best friend. With her comfy personality, Aragaki lightens up the screen, her signature wide smile plastered upon her lips. Her squeaky but pleasant voice adds up to her bubblegum-flavor.
Horikita Maki [堀北真希] At a very young age, she is already versatile. Having been able to play typical heroine roles to emotionally turmoiled roles to horror-movie villain roles, she has a lot of potential under her belt---bagging a sufficient number of acting awards is definitely worth praising. Her natural beauty bests the typical Japanese idols of her time.
