3 nen B gumi Kinpachi Sensei [3年B組金八先生] Kono dorama ha totemo iina. Nihon de 6ji goro kono [Rating: 7/10] At around six pm during the week this drama comes on in Japan, and for those who are done with school/work for the day, and have arrived at home. (clubs and juku are normally not finished by that time however if it is canceled....) This is one of the more intresting shows on at the time. The other programs that tend to be on are the news programs depending on the area in which you live. At times the lecturing of the teacher, Kinpachi Sensei, can get dull if your command of Japanese is not fluent. It sometimes is a bit dull for the japanese too, however despite that flaw you come to feel for the kids and become attatched to the characters as you see them go throughout their daily lives at school and home. I would recommend this J-drama with the caution that you should watch at least two episodes before judging it. The characters are lovable and human, even if Kinpachi-Sensei does get a bit long-winded.

[Rating: 8/10] Whilst I was stuck house bound on an scholarship/exchange to Japan I became familiar with this drama, and was very sad when it ended. It contained humor, and suspense. At times it was light hearted, the cast was beautiful not only in body but for the most party in acting too. There were somethings that created a slight disenchantment with it, such as the ending of each episode was very similar for the most part. The last episode also seemed to end as a cliff hanger and for those reasons I do not give it a perfect score.
