Gokusen [ごくせん] dai suki [Rating: 10/10] i don't think there is anything more that i can add to the review that other people have not...
a female version of GTO. funnier and definitely still as heart warming. i hope there is a Gokusen 2!!! :)
Golden Bowl [ゴールデンボウル] impressive amazingly [Rating: 9/10] have not finished the series yet but from what i had watched, i find it very entertaining. with such a name, i thot it was the typical, has crisis -> solve crisis type of drama with a bit of romance thrown into the mix. in my opinion, the emphasis seems to be more on the non-bowling type of stuff but rather on the lives of the bowlers. the characterization is there and the story line. i cannot wait to see how it ends...but from what i had seen, i think it is a very impressive dorama.
Netsuretsu Teki Chuuka Hanten [熱烈的中華飯店] terrible [Rating: 3/10] only watched like the 1st three episodes. unfortunately, it cannot hold my attention.
the version that i had has the someone speaking cantonese in the beginning and end of each episode. argh!!! the accent is so terrible and drives me nuts.
average show based on the 1st three episodes. typical, has crisis -> solve crisis type of show.
Psycho Doctor [サイコドクター] definitely not @ his best [Rating: 6/10] not one of the better dramas by him. it has a nice story especially at the ending. everything kind of builds up to the end...but i find that he only has a few expressions in this drama. maybe it is because having watched good luck where kimura has much more colorful expressions that i was expecting the same thing. i still prefer his older dramas like beach boys and long vacation.
Remote [リモート] average [Rating: 6/10] i dunno which is worse, this drama or psycho doctor. the storylines seem quite cheesy at times. the acting by fukada seems a bit too exaggerated for some reasons. and the ending...oh please...if there is a sequel, i would definitely NOT watch it...
