Ganbatte Ikimasshoi [がんばっていきまっしょい] I got into this thinking it'll be some light stuff while I waited for 1 Liter of Tears to be subbed, but this drama went far beyond my expectations. It managed to bring the story far deeper than just a girl rowing team's wins & losses, and just watching the drama for the character interaction were enough. And Nishikido Ryo's character, Sekino, was one of the highlights - nice supporting character, and eye-candy indeed. The deep, lasting friendships that the characters strike up really makes one value their high school years.
Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん２] Gokusen 2 was an amusing, touching and very entertaining drama. It's a bit dramatic, and every episode has the similar theme of 'Yankumi saving her students', but altogether it was still very enjoyable.

Kusano Hironori [草野博紀] Brilliant singer, awesome dancer, unique sense of humour and a certain charm... what more can you wish for? Talented and determined, he's not described as "steel/iron" by his group members for nothing. Also a budding actor, I think it's safe to say that we can expect him to be a huge star in the future, if he isn't already :D
Tegoshi Yuya [手越祐也] He has an amazing voice and beautiful control - this boy was put into NEWS after only 10 months as a jr for a reason. And he's got the cute that makes everyone want to take him home :3
