For some reason, last night decided to do an inventory of my Nisei Week/Tofu Festival t-shirts. Couldn't find the one from the 1997 Tofu Festival but was certain I had it. After tearing the place upside down, remembered I had just worn it this past weekend. Checked my dirty clothes that are for the next time I do laundry, sure enough, there it was.

Sometimes, I amaze myself. And not in a good way.

About a block and a half north from where I live, there's a Starbucks. About a mile east a year or so ago, an Arby's left and it got turned into a Starbucks. Now, literally, right across the street from me, a place that went out of business awhile has been turned into, you guessed it, , , , ANOTHER 'EFFING STARBUCKS!!!

There are now three Starbucks in about a mile from me. Just what the world DOESN'T need. Another Starbucks!!

Went to have my eyes checked and get new glasses. Now, I've been referred to a retina specialst. Hope I don't end up like Kramer:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-p-F6cuhV2g

Getting old/older really sucks.

I tried to enter the above post word for word, just as you see it, in the "glasses eyecare" thread and kept getting a "spam detected" message.

Then, when I try to edit the above post with that information, I keep getting a "you can only edit your own posts" message.
