I watched her interview and she said she had improved her "fighting spirit". That's a sumo term. Every sumo tournament they give out a best "fighting spirit" award. It doesn't always go to the wrestler that wins the tournament but one that really fights hard, sometimes beats wrestlers ranked higher than him. I wonder if "fighting spirit" will become a tennis term now.
