Nagai Masaru and Nakagoshi Noriko welcomed the arrival of their first son on 3 May as announced on her Instagram page on 7 May. Nakagoshi stated in her caption that their son was born at 10.45pm on 3 May and expressed her thanks to her family and friends for assisting her during her pregnancy and childbirth. Both mother and son are said to be doing well. Nakagoshi also mentioned that both she and her husband will work together to learn about parenthood and raise their child well and asked for everyone to continue supporting them. A photo of her baby son clutching her finger was attached to the statement.

Nagai and Nakagoshi started dating in 2010 after working together in a drama and announced their marriage in December 2014. Nakagoshi revealed her pregnancy through her Instagram page in December last year.

On May 30th, Tomoko Tabata appeared on NTV's 'Konya Kurabete Mimashita SP' and she announced that she and her husband Yoshinori Okada are expecting their first child. She said that she is due around the beginning of November.

According to Tabata's agency, she will go on maternity leave after finishing her current drama.

Noriko Nakagoshi announced via her Instagram that she has given birth to her second child.

She wrote, "I gave birth to a healthy baby girl on November 22nd. Both the baby and I are healthy. I was encouraged by the numerous support during my pregnancy. On January 2nd, actor Yoshinori Okada posted on his Instagram account that he and his wife, actress Tomoko Tabata are expecting their second baby.

On February 12th, Yoshinori Okada updated his Instagram account announcing that he and his wife, Tomoko Tabata have welcomed their second child.

In his post, Okada shared a message he received from his Tomoko which said, "I gave birth to my second child the other day. Thank you for being born without any problems. When I saw our baby's face, I felt relieved. This time, I received so much support from many people. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart. I am still an inexperienced mother, but with my husband, we will do our best to protect our two children together. It would make me happy if you would continue to watch over us warmly.
