I've always been interested in what YouTube offers to local Japanese users. I don't trust VPN or proxy providers offering Japan-based IP addresses. So I built one for personal use using FreeBSD/squid on a VPS provider with local presence in Japan. What they provide is a DCH IP address not a residential one. Anybody else do this sort of thing for sh*ts and giggles?
