w-inds' 32nd single to be released this month

The details on w-inds.'s 32nd single, scheduled for release on October 30th, have been revealed.

w-inds.'s first single in a year and 8 months will be titled "A Little Bit". The title track is written by Satomi who was in charge of the lyrics for Nakashima Mika's "Yuki no Hana" and JUJU's "Arigatou". It's described as a number with a magnificent sound that gives a premonition of the future.

The single will come in 3 different types: Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B, and Regular Edition. Each version will come with a different coupling track such as the dance number "Rock Your Body" and the medium-tempo tune "We'll Be Alright".

Furthermore, w-inds.'s previously released DVDs 'w-inds. 10th Anniversary 314[Three Fourteen]', 'w-inds. 10th Anniversary -Three Fourteen- at Nippon Budokan', and 'w-inds. 10th Anniversary BEST LIVE TOUR 2011 FINAL AT NIPPON BUDOKAN' will be released in Blu-ray form on December 18th.

w-inds to release their 33rd single

3-member dance/vocal unit w-inds. will be releasing their 33rd single on June 11.

The members have recently been carrying out separate activities. Vocalist Tachibana Keita is currently starring in his first musical 'Love Never Dies'. Chiba Ryohei will start a Dance Showcase titled 'The Shot II' with DA PUMP performer KENZO on April 17. Ogata Ryuichi just released an album and wrapped up a tour as a part of 3-member band 'ALL CITY STEPPERS'.

On April 13th, the members got together and held a talk event where they made their new single announcement. Ogata called out to the fans, "w-inds. have grown once again from our individual activities. Please look forward to our new song."

The single will be released in 4 different versions: Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B, Regular Edition, and Pony Canyon Edition.

Details on w-inds' new album announced

w-inds.' 10th album entitled "Timeless" is set for release on July 9, and its cover jacket designs, track list, and the music video to the lead track "Make you mine" have been revealed.

The album will contain a total 11 tracks including singles like "A Little Bit" and "Yume de Aerunoni ~Sometimes I Cry~". Seki Kazuaki was in charge of the artwork for the cover jackets, and the MV for "Make you mine" was directed by Hariu Yuji.


"Timeless" will be released with a limited edition (CD+DVD) and a regular edition. The details of each edition are below.

Additionally, w-inds. will be making an appearance on NTV's live broadcasting show "Sukkiri!!" on June 11, which is also the release day of their new single "Yume de Aerunoni ~Sometimes I Cry~". This is a cover of Eric Beneacutet's song, and it will be their first time performing the song in live broadcast.

w-inds. will release a new single called "FANTASY" on January 21, 2015.

It was written by KAMIKAORU who also wrote the lyrics for "Dream You Back" included in their latest album "Timeless".

The single will be released in 7 different types: Limited Edition A (CD+DVD), Limited Edition B (CD+DVD), Regular Edition (CD-Only), PonyCa (Music Card) Keita Ver., PonyCa (Music Card) Ryuichi Ver., PonyCa (Music Card) Ryohei Ver., and PonyCa (Music Card) w-inds. Ver. There will be a handshake event for those who purchase all PonyCa (Music Card) versions.

In addition, w-inds. will release their live DVD / Blu-ray "w-inds. LIVE TOUR 2014: Timeless" on December 17. There will be an event participation lottery form enclosed in the DVD / Blu-ray in which winners will be able to attend a premium talk event.

w-inds to release 6 years worth of PVs

w-inds. will release a PV collection called "WORKS vol.7" on March 18.

The new work will feature a total of 14 PVs that the group has released from 2009 to 2014. Also as bonus footage, it will include making footage, interviews, and an exclusive video from their tour in Hong Kong.

w-inds. release new single, album and go on tour

w-inds. have announced that they will release their new single "In Love With The Music" on June 10th and their new album "Blue Blood" on July 8th. They have also announced that they will hold a nationwide hall tour called "w-inds. LIVE TOUR 2015: Blue Blood".

"In Love With The Music" is the group's 2nd single of the year and it comes about 5 months since their last single "FANTASY". It will be released in two Limited Editions (A & B) and a Regular Edition all including different coupling tracks. To commemorate the release of this single, they will hold individual handshake events on May 16, 23, and 31st, and mini lives on June 13, 14, and 21st.

As for their 11th album "Blue Blood", it's said to contain refined dance music. More details will on this will be revealed soon.

Finally, w-inds. upcoming tour will kick off on July 18th at Mori no Hall 21 in Chiba, and will wrap up on September 22nd at Tokyo International Forum. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on June 27th.

w-inds to release their 40th single on anniversary of debut

w-inds will release a new single, "Dirty Talk" on the anniversary of their debut day, March 14th.

This will be their 40th single and will be produced by group member Keita Tachibana.

Besides limited and regular editions, it will also be released in a Tower Records edition. This edition will come in three versions, each featuring a member of w-inds.
