Satoshi Ohno's first starring drama role
Arashi leader Satoshi Ohno has finally been given a regular role in a drama series. He will co-star with rising actor Toma Ikuta in the TBS series "Maou," premiering this July.
"Maou" is a remake of the 2007 Korean suspense drama "The Devil" ("Mawang"). In this version, Ohno plays a lawyer seeking revenge against the killer of his relatives. For the role, he has cut his hair and dyed it black. Meanwhile, Ikuta has been cast as a detective investigating a mysterious series of murders.
Filming is scheduled to start at the end of this month. The show will air on Fridays at 10:00pm. _________________

Hello everyone~ I'm new here. x3
I'm a big fan of Arashi. A jun-bait after I watched MatsuJun in Gokusen. xD
Anyway, last year was a big year for them! 3 singles, an album and 2 Concert DVDs plus a movie. Wooow XD This year seems going to be bigger, now that Ohno is starring in a drama and Jun in a movie! And the year has just started and they've been releasing great songs and CDs.
Anyway, I'm really excited to see Ohno in a drama!!! OH and Ohno looks better in black hair, in my opinion. XDD I'll definitely going to watch it!! Sooo looking forward to it! (Add to that, Toma is also in it!! ZOMGOSH)

Toma didn't backdance for them in TIME concert (he no longer backdances for any group) BUT he was there as an audience.
As for Arashi tv shows, they have three regular ones:
Arashi no Shukudaikun - Monday nights on NTV
Himitsu no Arashichan - Thursday nights on TBS
VS Arashi - Saturday afternoons on Fuji
The other regular shows are:
News Zero (Sakurai Sho) - Monday nights before Shukudaikun
Tensai! Shimura Doubutsuen (Aiba Masaki) - Saturday evenings on NTV

can't wait to see evil ohno. i'm a little nervous for him. i hope he can pull off the character because jii hoon done the creepy smile pretty convincingly. i don't know how the direction of the character in the Japanese version.. hopefully everything will turn out fabulous.
