about the stinky tofu..it's a pretty well known snack in Taiwan. it's basically aged tofu..they pile up cabbage and shrimp onto the tofu..and let it sit there for awhile..hence the very bad odor..then they deep fry it..and u dip it in soy sauce with chilli and scallions..i've never tried it myself..but i do one day..i can actually buy it here where i am...but i'm sure it's more authentic and tasty if u get it in Taiwan. and i heard despite of this foul smell...it's very tasty! UMAI!! LOL

OT, xiao long bao's are addictive!! i went to china once and saw the people there eating them by the baskets!! it was kinda freaky...
