Some have suggested a forum for Soundtracks (OST). Would like to hear from all on its feasibility.

i posted as definitely.. but actually i dont really mind if we have one or not, but it would probably help out to others in need, after all we're based in dramas, and its practically normal sharing the albums as well.. i have about some albums id like to share in the future, if we do have one.

also one of the reasons why i agreed to it, cuz putting a sticky about sharing albums is an eyesore (from DOJD), since we have so many stickies in every forum. now a separate forum would be nice with lots of new threads looking for so and so..

Afterall, it makes us easier to find themesong.etc of jdoramas than on the web. I remember spending 6+ hrs trying to find Wedding Planner's subsong, Ever After by Sada Mayumi and I still can't find it.
With an OST forum, we can request songs and maybe can share them with others. I think it'll be a great way to attract more members as well. ^o^

I think it's good idea, becouse the music is a important part of movies and also dramas. Becouse of a music we remember drama longer

Some points to consider...

- Who's going to moderate the forum..?

- We can't really openly share OST mp3s, especially if its an entire forum on it. Of coz there's alot more to this forum, but mp3s are definitely going to be a major driver of threads there.

All I know is that if we do have a new OST/Music forum, I'll know where to put all of the various music requests.

i dont mind moderating it heheh but i dont wanna be a mod

the only thing i hate to have one, is that it attracts more leechers, if WE DO get to have one, can we like make the forum into for registered members that has like at least 10-25 posts?? i know how it is, im running my own mp3 rotation and ive gone through with stupid leechers, i had to somewhat like put pw's on zipfiles.

aho doesn't helping out on moderating it. If this forum were to exist, why don't all of the existing mods moderate it?

totally agree on it... i really love watching japanese drama but have difficulty in finding the OST

i agree to have a OST forum.. it really very difficult to find the Jdorama OST... cos I now looking for the emergency room 24hr 3 OST..

ya should implement it, then everyone can share songs....
