I am really fond of sordid love stories, affairs, forbidden love and such, and normally I don't concern myself very much with any moral issues, but this time I was having a hard time accepting what I felt to be despicable treatment of a girl who seemed to be about as perfect a wife as humanly possible. So much so, that when they arrived at the inevitable silly revenge schemes, I found myself rooting for the the "villian." This drama had put me in a very weird, dark, moody place. It felt too personal for comfort, but somehow it was also intriguing and addicting, and I couldn't stop watching it.
Jumping to the end, I really appreciated the happy ending that also succedded in alleviating my moral outrage. It really would have all added up to be nearly perfect in my eyes, but with one huge exception. There is a really stupid plot twist two thirds of the way through or so. It's so incredibly stupid (and unoriginal too) I could quite easily completely hate this series. I suppose that for such a stupid plot twist, it was handled pretty well, and was basically responsible for the ending that I was happy with. So I guess I will have to begrudgingly forgive it somewhat. |

This drama is nice. The storyline didn't only focus on Nanako and Kippei, however a large portion on Nanako's family too. It gives a warming and touching feeling on how the family overcome all the problems. They really love their family but didn't dare to express their feeling. This drama really enlighted me that we should express our feeling to our family, our friends, our companion rather than keeping them inside our heart. With a nice a drama theme song and a fine script, I rated 8 stars to Sweet Season. |

a dorama about past mistakes and having affairs outside marriage..again, this dorama moves at a ver slow pace, it's killing me!! only Nanako Matsushima's grace that saves me from the eternal boredom.. |

Intense and enjoyable, the only thing I didn't like was the old amnesia trick. Fantastic cast , this is my favourite Nanako drama. |
