The sixth season in the Hancho series! In the previous season, the team Azumi wrestled with some challenging cases in the police headquarters, but this time around, the team is in Oshiage area where the Skytree tower has been built. Oshiage area has been changing with the influx of tourists, but has nonetheless retained the spirit of old craftsmanship. How is the team Azumi going to perform in Japan's first precinct station, Oshiage precinct station? One conflict in particular including Dr. Mizutani - a trusted local doctor who can't seem to bring himself to trust team Azumi is something to keep an eye on.
The first and second episodes feature a bus hijacking. Soon after, Azumi arrives at the precinct station, and receives an eyewitness report of the wanted armed serial robber. With the support from Ozaki and others, Azumi catches the robber after a fight. Dr. Mizusawa, however, insists that injured parties should not be arrested, as he treats that suspect on Azumi's orders. At that time they receive the information that a tour bus is hijacked... |
