Miyamoto Haru works as a mechanic at an automobile repair shop. He married his wife Kanako, a librarian, after dating for a year. In their fourth year of marriage, they have no children, but everything seems to be going smoothly.
One day, Kanako suffers from a subarachnoid hemorrhage. She successfully undergoes surgery, but she loses only her memories with Haru. Reeling from shock, Haru becomes aware again of just how important Kanako is to him, and he resolves to fall in love all over again with her and try to rebuild their relationship from scratch. However, the challenge is whether he can reach her heart once again. | Tokyograph |

!!WARNING!! The review section may contain spoilers! Please understand that you may find out about this drama's endings and plots!
| 1. | Slow paced, fairly realistic romance for an adult [Rating: 7/10] Far from other exciting doramas with comic effects, cliffhangers, innumerable twists and unbelievable coincidences, "Mou Ichido Kimi ni, Propose" offers a slower-paced, more realistic storyline that is supported by a good script and efficient actors.
But don't think it is too slow, boring or uninteresting. The story flows nicely so that new elements are brought regularly, secondary stories interconnect with the main plot, supporting cast brings comic relief, so it will keep you going until the conclusion - which is brought, as everything else, with a lot of logic and subtlety. | Reviewed by Jackykero on 1 November 2013 |

And one thing that I loved: when they used the classic trick, once, of the man running in the streets and across bridges to find his love, once he finds her, she asks him: "But why didn't to call?" LOL | 2. | Comments by pash [Rating: 7/10] Very interesting premise, but unfortunately a pretty difficult one to develop, and the dorama couldn't really live up to it. If one took the best and most relevant scenes of the whole series and re-cut them into a 2-hours long movie, the result would probably be nicer. Anyway, honorable mention for the always adorable Wakui Emi! Kurashina Kana did a great job too. Not so sure about Takenouchi, here...I had a strong impression he was out of his depth most of the time. Nice soundtrack though! | 3. | Comments by Patazilla [Rating: 8/10] A nice, atmospheric drama which isn't a silly freakshow, but rather realistic and down-to-earth. There weren't any big plotwists or up-and-downs, but the pacing was stable and the drama enjoyable. Took me some while to get used to Haru, though, and Kanako was rather reserved right to the end. Still, the was a nice set of side characters. | 4. | Comments by shinjitsu [Rating: 7/10] Old school drama about just ordinary people ... may be slow and boring to others. | 5. | Comments by v1olet [Rating: 8/10] a heartwarming family drama, to love unconditionally even to propose once again. | 6. | Comments by gaijinmark [Rating: 7/10] Not bad, but not anything special either. And the ending was pretty weak. | 7. | Comments by niknik [Rating: 7/10] . | 8. | Comments by Doramako [Rating: ?/10]
