The best 2008's dorama i've watched... I mean, i was pretty disappointed after watching Rookies, Gokusen 3 and specially Code Blue.
Shibatora is the best 08 dorama i've watched. Even better than Maou..... Nice actors.... a superb plot.... good funny scenes... and when u finish watching one episode it makes u want to watch the following one ASAP. Really good dorama..... thumb up.
BtW... it has one of the BEST show's opening EVER!!! And the ELT song is pretty nice as well.... OVERALL an excelent dorama... Thumbs up!!! |

Very nice detective drama. Like Boss, but with a comical and child-friendly nature, well, but not that much. The episodic set up is good, it still delivers a cohesive plot and a very good story telling manner. Teppei is super kawaii!!! He will always be Japanese Harry Potter!!! All the characters are lovable. This is a must watch for everyone. It will never make you bore. Try it now~! |

I was deceived by this series. This wasn't a comedy at all, it's more like of a mystery undercover human drama. Although there were funny scenes, it still didn't change the mood for me. But I must admit that I got curious about the Onigami episodes which started at the last part of ep1 to 4 and eventually included on the last episode. |

Finally finished. This looked like it was gonna be a cutie comedy but it was actually a dark cop show. It just had the appearance of a comedy. It did have funny bits, but dealt with murder, prostitution, gangs, drugs, police corruption, etc. Weird to get used to but it was good. |

Teppei is so cute in this drama and he does look like a 15 year old compare to the police image. Other than that the twist to this drama at the end is a good one. |
