| Mizuno Gota (Kudo Asuka), an aspiring musician, is in a quandary when the convenience store where he works part-time suddenly closes down. One day, he happens to enter a newly-opened hamburger shop called Yankee Burger and is asked by the owner Ozeki Katsuya (Hayami Mokomichi) for feedback on the taste. Mizuno condescendingly tells Ozeki that the burger lacks punch, and the next thing he knows, he is offered a full-time job at the shop. He heads to the venue for the entrance exam. There is only one other person, Kisaragi Masaya (Okayama Amane) who dropped out of a well-known university and shut himself at home.
