1. | Comments by Lucian Dureau [Rating: 7/10] At first I thought this dorama was a trivial, insignificant TV show. However, from the episode 4 it improved so much, even to think it was better than I thought at the beginning. The feelings about the 4 characters began to flow easily in a very mature way. They treated the divorce issue correctly and adultly, giving to it a new point of view. But, as always happens lately, the performance is too exaggerated, until the point to think this ruin part of the plot of a dorama that could have been more interesting. Further to this, despite to know from the beginning how this dorama would end I would have prefered another final, I think this was ready for a new one, it was only necessary betting for it, and not always for the typical and expected happy ending. Finally, watching it I have found out an incredible actress here, Maki Yoko, the only one who gives to her character certain emotional depth. From now on I think I'll try to take a look to her performances in other doramas |
2. | Comments by gaston [Rating: 9/10] I agree with most of the sentiment of the other reviewers. Witty dialog and ended up liking everyone of the main four. Never thought I would say that since Eita's character came off as super annoying. Definitely got better towards the middle episodes and the climax is definitely Ep. 9. Just like everyone said, went for the "safe" ending which just honestly doesn't make sense. Oh wells, I had a great time. Been a while since I laughed out loud, teared, and had to rethink my views on life, love, and marriage. Last episode is definitely a downer IMHO -- if only they went a little more radical. And yes, everyone please watch the ending credits -- it's HILARIOUS. |

It's very frustrating dorama at the beginning, but Eita always makes them interesting. I'm almost crying in the last episode not only the english subs was stalled for almost a year, but also the ending was very very good and really touching. I'm very recommend this dorama especially for married couple...tanoshii desu~ |
4. | Comments by EstherM [Rating: 7/10] I had very high hopes for this but I found this very predictable and conservative despite the raunchy closing credits. 10 points for the fast-paced witty dialogues, good acting and realism (and the ending credit of course!). But story and resolution were safe and even a little cliche. Also apart from Maki's, I didn't warm up to the characters. |
5. | Comments by sasukekun6 [Rating: 9/10] I enjoyed the crap out of this drama. The main four cast were absolutely perfect! It was ridiculously entertaining watching the happenings surrounding them. Sometimes it's frustrating to watch, but frustrating in a good way. I don't know how to explain it. I also think everyone has to watch the ending dance at least once. |
6. | Comments by Patazilla [Rating: 10/10] A surprising gem. This one didn't get me at first glance, but after a few episodes I was finally hooked. Lovely drama on love, marriage, divorce and just human nature in general. All the characters are brilliant and have great chemistry. I also loved the awkward, whimsical dialogues with their deep insights. Brilliant. |
7. | Comments by Ezalor [Rating: 7/10] For nowadays quite "deep" dorama which concentrates on the feelings of the main characters. Very large share of the dialogues are fights which seem to me realistic. Unfortunately no real climax and quite predictable. All in all an upright dorama. |
8. | Comments by Spider [Rating: 8/10] Good drama about middle class working couples and the struggles of marriage and relationships. Realistic and common themes that are universial. Well done! |
9. | Comments by gaijinmark [Rating: 8/10] It was good, there were times when it was very good. But they went for the safe ending which left me disappointed. |
10. | Comments by Finndlin [Rating: 8/10] Surprising and at last quite realistic romance. Perfect cast, funny when needed but also dramatic when required. |
11. | Comments by irwinner [Rating: 8/10] Good mix of comedy and seriousness. The changes in the ending song in each episode was a nice touch. |
12. | Comments by shinjitsu [Rating: 5/10] Characters and story seem real enough ... just didn't care what they did or what happened to them. |
13. | Comments by Oba-chan [Rating: 10/10] Definitely best drama in 2013.
Theme Song : Yin Yang [Kuwata Keisuke] : 10 (Classic Kuwata) |
