| Muso Tsutomu (Matsudaira Ken) is running for the position of vice chairman of the parent-teacher association for next year. Uchida Junko (Adachi Yumi) has been nominated the chairman and the members are not very different from the last academic year, but with the addition of new faces Seko (Mashima Hidekazu), a single father who also ran for vice chairman and Dojima (Yuki Jutta), the new teacher in charge of the parent-teacher association, Aoba Elementary School’s new parent-teacher association gets started. Tsutomu learns about the existence of a “old men’s association” in other schools and plans to set one up in the school too together with the parent-teacher association’s former chairman Oribe (Tozuka Junki).
