| Struggling entertainer Tokunaga (Hayashi Kento) has an electrifying encounter with a senior entertainer Kamiya (Namioka Kazuki), at a fireworks festival in Atami, Shizuoka Prefecture, and asks to be his disciple. Kamiya is a genius with a human touch. He agrees on condition that Tokunaga writes his biography. Opening his heart to Tokunaga, Kamiya meets him frequently and tries to impart his own unique stand-up comedy philosophy. However, the path that the two of them will take is decidedly different. This is the story of the friendship and struggles between two performers trying to make it in the competitive world of show business. |
