| Koenji Tatsuya (Aiba Masaki) is a young vet who works at Sakanoue Veterinary Clinic in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. He quit the veterinary hospital that he had worked at and returned to his hometown. He is about to work for Dr Tokumaru Zenjiro (Issey Ogata) but Dr Tokumaru entrusts the clinic to him all of a sudden, and disappears. Despite his bewilderment, Tatsuya stays on with veterinary nurse Kase Tokiwa (Hirosue Ryoko) and Tashiro Shinichi (Murakami Jun). His interactions with the people of Kagurazaka deepen and he is eventually called Dr Ko. |
